I have worked with Clarion Design Rocky Mountain Inc. for over 3 years now and have nothing but good experiences. The project management and in-field staff are extremely professional, helpful, and personable when dealing with tenants. Customer relations seems very important to them and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that our tenants are happy with their work. As with many construction projects, unavoidable issues may arise. This group handles these issues head on and rarely alerts me to issues that they know they can internally deal with. This is a huge benefit in working with them as small issues never become large ones that are kicked down the line. In upwards of 20 jobs I have contracted with them, they have always come in under budget and ahead or on schedule. I trust that if something comes up after construction/punchlist walk they will fully honor their warranty and stand behind their work. They have proven time and time again how important their customers are to them and I feel very blessed to have this relationship with a contractor.

- In my 20 years of industrial development and construction, I’ve used dozens of tenant improvement GCs. Clarion ranks right up there at the top of the heap. From initial RFP to final CO, they are a “Developers” GC in that they understand the teamwork it takes to get and then complete a deal. I have worked with Sam, Colby and Nathan for almost 5 years and have consistently experienced excellent customer service and high quality work. Their bids are always very competitive for projects ranging from $100,000 to $3 million. Once awarded the work, their team works efficiently and with high quality trades to get the job done. Any inquiries, change orders, or punch list items are quickly address and resolved, if needed. The most recent, large project involved the renovation of an occupied, 5 story office building. It required their coordination with various third-part vendors, all while the 180 + person office staff continued to do their work. The overall loss in productivity was less than 5% and the project finished on time. Subsequent issues noted by me were addressed and remedied quickly. I am happy to recommend their work, knowing that this group stands behind their word and work.
